That final bit of advice John gives regarding how the rest of the world doesn’t think like me… oh yeah. It’s so true, and it’s so sad I didn’t have his words of wisdom about 20 years ago before learning the hard way. Thanks so much, John! Better late than never!

So timely! I’m a newbie and my most recent client wanted some name options for a new product. He didn’t like the name his team came up with originally. I sent them and he didn’t like mine either. He didn’t think my list was worth the amount I charged for the project. Oh well, he’s off my list now! 🙂

This is invaluable therapy just now, while I’m figuring out whether to dump an impossible client and cut my losses or not… I probably will have to go there. Thanks for all the practical insights.
